This Website Privacy Notice applies to moneyvi.app, the temporary Hostinger staging site at lightcoral-goshawk-834084.hostingersite.com while it remains in use, and their waitlist forms. MoneyVi’s website is operated by Philips Feng (Founder of MoneyVi), an individual sole operator based in Singapore.

1. Scope

This notice covers the website, waitlist, and messages you choose to send to MoneyVi role addresses. It does not approve, replace, or describe the MoneyVi App Privacy Policy, Terms, App Store disclosures, or any United States or Singapore product launch.

2. Information this notice covers

• Subscription email address: when you subscribe, Resend receives and stores your email address for launch news and important product updates.
• Website request data: Hostinger processes requests to this website and may maintain security, access, and runtime logs as part of hosting operations.
• Browser storage: separate preferences remember whether you dismissed the website notice and exit-intent popup. If analytics are enabled, campaign attribution information is stored in the current tab. It uses pre-approved source, medium, campaign, and content labels plus page-entry time, only for attribution in that tab and only for 30 minutes; expired values are not used.
• If you email a MoneyVi role address, Hostinger Email receives and stores your email address, message headers, message, and any attachments you choose to send. MoneyVi uses this information to respond to you and handle privacy, security, support, or legal requests.
• Do not send financial records, account credentials, transactions, balances, government-issued identifiers, or other sensitive personal or financial information through this website, waitlist, or any MoneyVi role mailbox.

3. Hosting and service providers

• Hostinger provides this website’s DNS, hosting, security, access logging, runtime infrastructure, and business email. It processes website requests, logs, and messages sent to MoneyVi role addresses under its account and service settings.
• Resend provides waitlist email storage and delivery.
• This website uses Umami for analytics. Its analytics data region is US (Oregon). That is not a guarantee that every copy, backup, or operational record stays in Oregon: Umami terms allow related processing in the United States or Germany and arrangements with providers involved in operating the service. Information may therefore be processed outside your country.
• This website serves its font files through its hosting infrastructure. Your browser does not request font files from Google Fonts. Font requests are covered by the hosting and logging practices described above.

Website analytics apply only to public marketing pages on moneyvi.app. They record page visits and whether a new email registration was accepted or failed because of a network or service problem. An accepted registration does not verify ownership of the email address or that a welcome email was delivered. Records may include page language, sign-up form location, approved campaign tags, cleaned public page and referrer information, browser, operating system, device, browser language, screen size, and rough country, region or city. Umami derives these from network and browser data, including IP address, and creates its own visitor, session, and event identifiers or estimates. MoneyVi adds no user or contact IDs and sends no email addresses, form contents, or unsubscribe tokens. We do not collect advertising or click IDs, session recordings, heatmaps, performance data, or extra automatic click data. Analytics exclude unsubscribe pages and other non-marketing pages. If your browser sends Do Not Track, we do not load analytics or create campaign storage.

4. How information is used and shared

• We use your subscription email address to send a welcome email, launch news and important product updates. We use product feedback you voluntarily send us to understand your needs and improve MoneyVi.
• Using the unsubscribe link in our emails marks your contact unsubscribed in Resend and stops future launch news and product updates; it does not itself delete the contact. You can also reply to request unsubscription.
• We use hosting and security logs to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
• We share information only with the providers named above when needed for those website functions, or where required by law.
• We use messages you send us to respond, handle privacy, security, support, or legal requests, secure the service, keep necessary request records, and meet legal obligations.

5. Retention

• A Resend contact is retained until MoneyVi deletes it or it is no longer needed, subject to provider backups and applicable legal obligations.
• Hostinger and provider operational logs are retained under their applicable service settings and policies.
• Local browser-storage flags remain on your device until you clear browser storage.
• Campaign attribution information is used only in its original tab for up to 30 minutes from page entry; expired values are not used. It is separate from notice and popup dismissal preferences. Umami's plan specifies six-month analytics retention. Provider backups and operational logs may follow their own cycles.
• Messages you send us—including your email address, headers, message, and attachments—are kept only while needed for the request, security evidence, or another legal or business purpose, subject to Hostinger backups and service settings.

6. Requests about your information

You may request access to or correction of the website and email information we hold about you. You may withdraw consent where applicable or ask us to delete the information. Contact us below. We may need enough information to verify your identity and handle the request.

7. Age boundary

The website waitlist is intended for people aged 18 or older. Do not submit a child’s personal information through this website.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this website notice when the website, providers, or data handling changes. It is canonical only when both a verified public privacy contact and a public effective date are configured.
